Who can apply?
Any girl or young woman (age 8 and up) who is actively involved in a sport, adventure activity, or outdoor pursuit.
Parents, guardians, or coaches can apply on behalf of an athlete — and we encourage it! We believe strong girls grow even stronger with community behind them.
How does the product selection and design work?
Once selected, the athlete will work with the NOGG team to create her exclusive collections — like a t-shirt, hoodie, or rashguard — inspired by her sport and personality.
We design it, launch it in our store, and feature her story in the campaign. A portion of each sale goes directly to her, while NOGG covers all production, shipping, and promotion.
How does the athlete receive profits?
Each athlete receives 50% of net profits from every item sold in their collection.
Funds can be transferred directly to a parent or guardian via PayPal, bank transfer, or other agreed method, and are paid out monthly.
Can I apply for my daughter or a girl I know?
Yes — and we encourage it!
Many of our athletes are too young to apply on their own, and we know it takes a village to raise a fierce girl. Parents, coaches, and family members can nominate someone they believe in.
Do you accept girls from outside the U.S.?
Yes, absolutely.
NOGG is a global brand built on empowerment, not borders. We welcome applications from any country — as long as the applicant has a community willing to support her journey and shipping logistics can be coordinated.
What kind of content should we submit with the application?
We ask for 1–2 photos or a short video (under 90 seconds) that shows your daughter in action or speaks to her passion. It doesn’t need to be professional — even a clip filmed on a phone works great. We’re looking for real stories, not perfect productions.
Is there a cost to participate?
No, there is no cost to apply or to be selected.
If chosen, we cover all design, production, and promotion costs. The only thing we ask is that the NOGG Athletes and their Parents or Guardians helps share her product and story with her community — that’s how her collection grows.
Can my daughter participate if she already has a sponsorship or brand partnership?
Yes, as long as her existing sponsorships are non-exclusive and do not conflict with apparel collaborations. NOGG Athlete is designed to support and amplify, not to replace or restrict. We’ll review these cases individually to ensure alignment.
What happens after her product is launched?
We track the success of her collection and stay in close touch. If sales go well and engagement is strong, she may be invited to launch additional products, participate in campaigns, or even join our ambassador or leadership circle.
Can we apply as a team or group?
Yes — we welcome team applications!
In this case, the application should be submitted by a team leader or captain, who will represent the group. The product will be co-created under their name, slogan, or team identity, and the earnings can be shared or used for group goals (like travel, gear, or training).
Just let us know in the application that it’s a team effort and how you plan to use the funds together. We love supporting united girls who lift each other up.
