Delivery times vary by destination and shipping method, but most orders arrive within 3–7 business days in the U.S. and 7–20 business days internationally. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size. Because items are made to order, please note that shipping timelines may be longer during peak seasons or holidays. Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking link to follow it every step of the way.

We accept return requests within 30 days of delivery for items in original condition, unworn or unused, with tags and packaging intact, and proof of purchase. To start a return, contact hello@nogirliegirls.com—approved returns will receive instructions and a return label. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please reach out immediately so we can make it right. Custom items, sale items, and gift cards are non-returnable. Orders shipped to the EU are eligible for a 14-day cooling-off period. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 10 business days after inspection.
